Aisha Hinds, an American actress who is best known for playing roles in the tv shows The Shield and True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003, she has demonstrated her range as an actress through amazing performances on TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1-8-7 and Under the Dome. Her character on Assault on Precinct 13 from 2005 was the very first role to attract her notice. It was however her performance in the role of women's rights activist Fannie Lou Hamer in the biographical film All the Way that finally brought her recognition as an actor.
